Since young, I have enjoyed being active and working with people of all ages. Hiking, playing soccer, and eating cake are among my favourite activities. In 2010, I began my involvement – first as a volunteer, and then as a staff member – at the Canucks Autism Network, at which time I fell in love with working with individuals with special needs. This involvement inspired me to work as a Behavioural Interventionist during my years of studying Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. (I have a Bachelor of Kinesiology, with a minor in Science from UBC.) As an SEA at Carver Christian High School, I am excited to aid students in exploring their interests and capacity. Above all, I wish to share my faith, and hope that students may come to truly know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
“Only fear the LORD, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.” (1 Samuel 12:24)
